Final-Sale & Defect Policy

All sales are final. Every shirt is printed just for you after you order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. Please check the size chart (Bella+Canvas 3001 unisex) before ordering.

Misprints, defects, damage, or wrong item

If your order arrives misprinted, defective, damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@faithfulfogco.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint it or refund you in full, including shipping, at no cost to you, and you don't need to send it back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days or the package is marked delivered but never arrived, contact us and we'll help with a reprint or refund.

Cancellations

Email us within 2 hours of ordering to cancel before production starts.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under applicable law, including implied warranties for defective goods.
